Chris Young Makes 2010 Season Debut Today!

MOORESVILLE, N.C. - Team Full Throttle driver Chris Young will begin his second year of legends racing at Riverhead Raceway today. Young made his racing debut last year, competing in a legend car at Riverhead Raceway. The Calverton, NY native finished seventh in the legends point standings last season.

To start off the 2010 season, Young was interviewed Monday on The Full Throttle Motorsports Show on Race Talk Radio and is thrilled to get the season started. "This is my second year in a legend, and in racing," said the sixteen-year-old racer. "I'm excited for the new season. Hopefully, we can ring it in the right way - following the Young tradition. My dad raced at Riverhead since he was 16. The tradition is that a Chris Young wins on opening night, so I am hoping that I can continue that tradition."
